Start Method (parentWindow, interval, time)

Starts GXAutoUpdate that checks the availability of new updates. Checking is done according to given parameters.
Parameters
parentWindow (IntPtr)
Reserved for future use.
interval (Int32)
Determines how ofter (in days) new updates are check.
time (DateTime)
Time when new updates are check.
