Finds a GXSeverity by value.
Parameters
value (Int32)
The value of the searched GXSeverity.
startAfter (Object)
Determines the start position for the search. If no value is given, the search begins from the start.
Return Value
GXSeverity that matches the given criteria. If object is not found, an error is returned.
Remarks
If object is not found, an error is returned.
