In BugTracker, you can either send a simple anonymous bug report, or an advanced one.

To post a simple, anonymous bug report

1. Click "Bug report", on the right, in top menu.
2. In the opening form, enter summary and bug description.
3. Add your E-mail address (optional).
4. Enter the captha letters and / or numbers in the text box.
5. Click Submit Report button.

Note: All anonymous reports (with or without E-mail address) will be initially processed, before publishing.

Registering
If you already have a user account in Gurux Web (for example Gurux Forum), you can log in to BugTracker with the same user name and password. Though BugTracker opens in an own view, it is integrated to Gurux Web, so the user accounts apply.

Registering to Gurux Web grants you rights to:

• post new topics, and to reply to existing ones, at Gurux Forum
• post more detailed bug reports at BugTracker
• post feature requests at BugTracker

If you wish to register into Gurux Web while in BugTracker, go to the bug tracker main page, and:

1. Click "Signup for a new account", on the left, above top menu.
2. Enter a Username for yourself.
3. Enter your E-mail address.
4. Enter the captha letters and / or numbers in the text box.
5. Click Signup button.

In the opening view, your username and Email address are displayed,
and you are told about receiving a confirmation E-mail.

6. Go to your inbox, open the arrived E-mail, and click the activation link in it.

In the opening view:

7. enter a password
8. verify the password by entering it again
9. enter your real name
10. and click Update User button.
11. You are now automatically redirected to Gurux BugTracker Login page.

More detailed bug report form for registered users

1. Click "Login", on the left, above top menu.
2. Enter your Username and Password, and click Login button.
3. When logged in, click "Report Issue", in the middle, in top menu.
4. Select the relevant project in the drop-down menu, and click Select Project button.
5. Fill in the requested information in the form as detailed, as possible.
   Obligatory fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).
6. Click Submit Report button.

To post even a further specified details of the bug, click "[Advanced Report]" in the upper-right corner of the report form, to open further text fields on the form.

Feature request
Posting a feature request works the same way as bug reporting for registered users. Kindly, select Feature as the Category, and feature as the Severity of the issue.
